Recipe: Salted Caramel Truffle

These salted caramel truffles are impossible to resist, so make sure you don´t have to spend much time alone with them. They could easily convince you to do something you might regret.

INGREDIENTS

Makes about 12 truffles ​

Salted Caramel Truffles:​
140g pitted dates​
50g almond butter​
Pinch of salt​
1/2 tsp maca powder {optional}​
1 VGAN Salted Caramel ​Bar
Chopped almonds

DIRECTIONS

Blend dates, almond butter, salt and maca until you get a cohesive dough. You might need to add some water to help it combine​.
Form small spheres and place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes​.
Melt the chocolate and dip your spheres in it one by one and top with the almonds​
Store in the freezer until ready to eat
