Containing both our dark chocolate and salted caramel bar, plus cocoa powder – this triple treat/threat is heavy on the chocolate, just the way we like it.
INGREDIENTS
1 flax egg
100g soft coconut oil
100g brown sugar
50g white sugar
90g flour
3 tbs cocoa powder
2 tsp corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
3-5 tbs Milk
1 VGAN Dark Chocolate Bar
1 VGAN Salted Caramel Bar
DIRECTIONS
Mix coconut oil and sugars until creamy and combine in the flax egg
Add the rest except chocolate, milk and mix
Add milk until you get a nice cookie dough, then fold through the chocolate and put in the fridge overnight or at least a few hours
Preheat oven to 355°C and form 1-2 tbs sized cookies on a lined baking sheet
Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool completely
