This amazingly delicious chocolate mousse from Bakerina is surprisingly easy to make. Coconut cream and strawberries adds color and contrast.
Brine from 1 can chickpeas (aquafaba)
1 VGAN Milk Chocolate Bar
Pinch of salt
1-2 tbs icing sugar (optional)
Melt the chocolate and stir through the salt. Whip the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, you can also add some icing sugar at this point if you want. Gently mix the melted chocolate into the aquafaba until combined. Then pour into serving glasses. Let it set for at least 2 hours, and enjoy!
Pro tip: Add whipped coconut cream and strawberries!
