Recipe: Vegan Chocolate Mousse

This amazingly delicious chocolate mousse from Bakerina is surprisingly easy to make. Coconut cream and strawberries adds color and contrast.


Brine from 1 can chickpeas (aquafaba)
1 VGAN Milk Chocolate​ Bar
Pinch of salt​
1-2 tbs icing sugar (optional)


Melt the chocolate and stir through the salt​. Whip the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, you can also add some icing sugar at this point if you want​. Gently mix the melted chocolate into the aquafaba until combined. Then pour into serving glasses​. Let it set for at least 2 hours, and enjoy!

Pro tip: Add whipped coconut cream and strawberries!
