This fudgy delight concocted by @Bakerina_ will have you enthusiastically going in for second helpings. Might as well double the recipe from the start.
Makes enough for 2-3 servings
1 flax egg
2/3 cup apple sauce
50g VGAN Dark Chocolate Bar, melted
3-5 tbs milk
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 tbs cocoa Powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 355°C and grease a 8in diameter baking pan
Combine the wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix together
Pour the batter into your tin and top with more VGAN chocolate!
Bake for 25-30 minutes, let cool and enjoy
Pro tip: Decorate with more melted chocolate and berries.
